Hey, hey, hey! I hope everyone is having a good week. All is well here. It’s been a busy week at school. Yesterday was Pajama Day and the Pre-K students looked so stinking cute!!! They loved being in their comfy jammies all day, and so did Mrs. Carter! I had class on Tuesday night, and by the time I got home, I was exhausted and hungry. I’d been dreaming about a grilled cheese all day, and I had an apple that needed to be used. I decided to put them together in a sandwich, and also used my Praline Mustard Glaze. My mom found this stuff at our local specialty kitchen store a few years back, and we just LOVE it! It’s great poured over cream cheese as an appetizer, and would also make a killer marinade for pork. I highly recommend you try it. It’s sweet from the brown sugar, spicy from the mustard and oh, so good! It would be great with baked brie, also.

We all love the classic grilled cheese, and I think you’ll really enjoy these “prissy” flavors. It’s like a grown up grilled cheese. You could even serve it with a glass of nice red wine. Tata for now!The Duchess

Looks like Heaven! Grilled cheese is a major comfort food for me. I am weird and dip it in ketchup. But I could do this one alone.
