I had such a wonderful birthday weekend! The Duke absolutely spoiled me rotten by playing Mr. Mom on Saturday. I was able to go to my favorite class at the gym, shower and dress at my own pace, and even take a nap while he tended to Julia. That was the greatest gift of all!
I was showered with amazing gifts, like this fabulous necklace holder from my good friends Natalie and Kevin.
And I even showered myself with a gift or two. I’m so in love with my Happy Everything (mini) platter. I’ve wanted it for so long, and I finally bit the bullet when Zulily had it on special.
The Duke took me to see the new house. Have I mentioned we’re building a house? Well, we are! We probably won’t live in it very long, but it’s still a very fun process.
After dining out with friends on Saturday night, my dad made his famous ribs on Sunday night. Granny made her squash casserole, too. My very favorite!
Julia got in on the ribs, too. She loved chewing on that bone.
And last but not least, I got the cookie cake that I’d been craving. 
I truly had the best weekend. I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such a loving family and amazing friends. I have a feeling 26 will be a wonderful year for me!
Now I’m looking forward to getting back in the swing of things and not eating everything in sight.

Hey Molly. Belated Happy Birthday. This week has been a whirl with grandkids and little Alyssa turning 1, so we all celebrated with a trip to SeaWorld. Looks like life is good for the Duke and Duchess and family. The new blg design looks great. You have done an amazing job with this, but then, you ARE amazing. Love ya.
