I’m notorious for going on Pinterest binges and pinning everything in site. Crafts, home decor, quotes, you name it. I usually pin things and never look at them again. Lately I’ve been trying to go back through my pin boards and actually try or use the ideas I’ve found.
I thought I’d share with you some recipes I’ve pinned and tried that have been home runs!
Buffalo Chicken Naan Pizza

This pizza is as easy as it gets and not too bad for you either. The Duke and I both loved it.
Steak Sandwich with Avocado and Corn

There are no words to describe how delicious this sandwich is. Hurry up and make this while you can still find sweet summer corn.
Blackened Chicken with Cilantro Lime Quinoa and Avocado Cream

I’ve blogged about this recipe before. It is one of the best Pinterest recipes I’ve ever tried. I could eat the entire bowl of avocado cream with a spoon.
Ranch Baked Oyster Crackers

These are easy to throw together and are perfect for tailgates or even your kid’s lunch box.
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

I’ve always been a fan of the sweet and salty combo. These pretzels make a great snack. If you serve them to guests let them know they’re sweet. I got some funny reactions when I served them at a party because people were expecting them to be salty.
Butterscotch Meringue Bars

Holy cow. These are so bad, yet so, so good. You have to try these bars soon!
Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole
Source: branappetit.com via Molly on Pinterest
I made this casserole for a brunch shower I hosted and it was a huge hit! How can you go wrong with crescent rolls, sausage, eggs and cheese?
Jalapeno Popper Dip

Gah, this is another delicious party or tailgate recipe. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Yum!
So, how about you? Have you made any successful Pinterest recipes? Do share! And please follow me on Pinterest and I’ll follow back.

MMmmmmMMmmm – these look delish! I think I’ll first try the Chicken with Cilantro Lime Quinoa and Avocado Cream. I’m a sucker for anything cilantro or avocado. And the sweet & salty pretzels sound divine. Thanks for the great recipes!!
