I was so excited to participate in The Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap for the second year in a row. This massive cookie swap is the brain child of Lindsay and Julie and involves hundreds of food bloggers baking up a storm, then shipping their cookies across the country for other bloggers to enjoy.
Last year I made Biscoff Snickerdoodle Blondies and they were a huge hit. I was racking my brain for the perfect recipe this year, when the Duke suggested I make his favorite cookie. They’re nothing fancy, but my White Chocolate, Cranberry, and Pecan Cookies always fly of the tray.
After baking four dozen of these bad boys, I shipped them off to Cari, Justina, and Megan. I hope you ladies enjoyed them as much as we do around here.

These sound rich without being too sweet – which is a very good thing. Yum!

Made them last night without the pecans (cause I didn’t have any and don’t really care for them). There are very good, but next time I think I’ll put the nuts in!
