This is my first time ever linking up with Peas and Crayons for WIAW. Woohoo!
Breakfast was pretty small, especially considering I went to Body Pump at 6. I wasn’t as ravenous as usual, so I had 1/2 cup Kashi with 1/2 cup Honey Bunches of Oats, skim milk, and a few blueberries. Oh, and coffee, of course.
I was hungry after our morning walk, so I indulged in a {rather large} spoonful of Skippy Natural peanut butter.
I’m helping to host a ladies painting party tonight, so I prepped the food during Julia’s morning nap. I snacked on about 20 pieces of ham, so when lunch rolled around I wasn’t too terribly hungry. I made a foldover ham and cheese sandwich with spinach, mustard and banana peppers. It looks HUGE here, but I promise it was tiny. Not pictured: a navel orange on the side.
After a zillion errands, the baby was asleep again (stupid ear infection!) and I was ready for my afternoon snack. It just so happened Amanda sent a sweet package of fudge.
I had one piece of fudge and a few wheat Ritz crackers with smashed avocado and cherry tomatoes on top. YUM!
I’m usually really bad about snacking in the afternoon and while I prep dinner. There are many evenings that I’m not even hungry when dinner rolls around. Thankfully yesterday’s meal was in the crockpot and I had more errands to run once the Duke got home, so no snacking for me.
I was more than ready to dive into this chicken enchilada soup and it was goooooooood.
After more party prep, I had a scoop of toffee frozen yogurt with some mini marshmallows and a piece of fudge for dessert.
Off for more party prep. The soiree is tonight and I’m not quite ready. Have a great day!
PS- My due date is exactly 3 months away. Crazy!

I’m glad the fudge arrived safely. I was worried that it would either melt in the FL sunshine or be eaten by a hungry delivery person. Thanks for including me in WIAW!
